Positions: Project Manager

Space Metrics, Inc is searching for a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience. The individual must be a highly motivated, organized self-starter with strong attention to detail, a problem solver, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. He/She must be experienced in the full suite of MS Office products. The successful candidate is capable of working in unison with staff and program offices, as well as working independently. The individual must have proven skills to build relationships with executive-level personnel.

Positions Requirements

The ideal candidate(s) for this position will possess expertise as a Project/Program Manager and maintain accountability for the following:

Provide Project Management support for customer project
Prepare and manage Program/Project Management artifacts (DS #3), such as Project Level Agreements (PLAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Project Scope Agreements (PjSAs), and Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs)
Develop briefings and track artifacts
Develop and maintain an integrated schedule
Provide program support
Provide PLA and SLA development support for the NextGen program
Assist with researching and drafting documents and coordinating timely submissions
Providing general backup administrative duties to the Administrative Support staff as needed.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate teleconference, web, and/or face-to-face meetings with project teams and deliver presentation materials and formal minutes for interagency, cross-collaboration between FAA Line of Businesses (LOBs), and other pre-coordinated events as required by the FAA (DS #4)

Qualification

Minimum of 10 plus years experience in IT/PM
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years experience or Master's Degree with 5 years exp.
Project Management Professional (PMP) _required
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Possess professional written and oral communications skills

Special Duties Or Conditions

Must be eligible to work in the United States, and pass a background check
May be required to pass additional federal government security screening
